Home-made by Maddie

Maddie invented another word today while rolling out sugar cookies.
I think it is my favorite yet...
"Smooshened"

The rest of them :)

Here are the rest of our family pictures!

Johnny: Love the tie!

(recognize the jacket Kathy?)

This picture was taken just before it started to snow, nobody looks very happy to be there, it was very cold. Crazy March weather!

We had a hard time getting Lucy to sit, but she looks cute standing too.

This is a flower our neighbor had on hand, I thought it was very big, but anything looks cute on Hannah.

When John saw this picture he imitated Dorothy in the wizard of OZ:
"Can you even dye my wife (eyes) to match my couch (gown)?"
I love it though. We don't have very many good pictures of the two of us.

Love this picture

Lucy

My Madeline with her trademark beautiful smile!

I love Johnny's eyes in this picture.

Tired of being here, these smiles are a little forced.

Madeline trying to act happy in the COLD.

A preview of our family pictures

My neighbor took our family pictures last Friday. We headed to Wheeler Farm and were able to get about 15 minutes of picture taking in before it started to snow and sleet HARD. She sent me a picture to give us a little preview. Most of the remainder were taken in her studio. She is very talented.

Sunday Dinner at our house

A few weeks ago, John thought it would be fun to make a time lapse of our Sunday dinner craziness. We usually have waffles, but this time I made a batch of bread and I forgot to add salt (really gross). We decided to make the best of the situation and whip up some french toast. John is the best waffle, french toast, pancake maker on the planet! Our dinner didn't feel as busy as it looks, but I guess that is the benefit of time lapse, it makes us look really productive/busy.

A date with my favorite boy

On Saturday Johnny and I went to Boondocks and played miniature golf, he did a great job. Afterwards we stopped by McDonalds, ordered a shake, rolled the windows down and talked for a while. Doesn't he look cute in his StarWars shirt and hi-water pants? It just makes me realize how fast he is growing up, I cherish these times together.

Speaking of growing up, I heard John tell Johnny today-- "I used to be a Johnny to, and then I had my 'n' and 'y' surgically removed." Johnny thought that was pretty funny.

How do you say "I love you"?

This is how Hannah says it...

What's worse than having a dog in your yard?

Answer:

Having a cow in your yard.

We didn't see it happen,

but we have some pretty strong (smelling) evidence.
