What have I done!?

I showed John this recent purchase of mine, and the first word out of his mouth was "Blasphemy!" I agree, I can't believe I broke my bread making streak of almost 6 years yesterday. Call me crazy, but I just didn't feel like making bread while we were trying to pack things up. I made sure to get my favorite kind of bread though, Grandma Sycamore's. It did make me feel better when Hannah told me that store bought bread was gross, thanks Hannah :)

We get "Granny's Bountiful Harvest Multi Grain." It's just like homemade and some of the best multi grain bread you can eat...tasty! Since there's only the two of us and most of my bread making attempts thus far have not turned out so well, we buy our bread. I'll try again probably, but until we have kids, we're sticking with Granny's pink smiley face daisy bread!

I'm with Hannah Cheryl, homemade is better. I've decided I'm lazy because I'd rather make bread than run to the store to buy it. In a crunch last week I bought sourdough for BLT's it was GROSS.

Okay, you bought some bread from the store. So what! Actually I like both home made and store bought. But 6 years on home made bread? Wow. Have you checked with the Guinness Book of World Records?

Wow... that's funny... too lazy to go to the store so Kathyleen MAKES it? I'm totally be the other way around! Love homemade bread. My menfold like the Grandma Sycamores but we don't eat it fast enough so half the loaf always goes moldy. One of my favorites is Miltons Multigrain.

Six years that's impressive! I agree though homemade is always better! I want to try your recipe I don't love the one that I use right now.

Well at least you did buy the best bread out there!! I was making my own bread until it was to uncomfortable to stand for so long. Costco has a really good bread too! Great compliment Hannah!

Are you kidding?! I think I'm on a 6 year streak for buying store bought bread. You're amazing!
